This is just a quick entry to let everyone know I'm still alive.

Some recent events:
- I cut my hair. No pictures until I, uh, remember to take them.
- I returned to Missouri and yesterday I moved into my new apartment. Everything is completely set up and unpacked. It's fucking amazing. I'm 98% certain that I'm going to enjoy having my own place. (Without roommates!)
- I need to get a(nother) copy of my lease so I can go to the post office and get a key to my mailbox. Receiving mail would be nice. Well, okay, considering how the vast majority of my mail is bound to be bills, maybe not.
- I have a working computer and... no internet. Yeah, the person who didn't make their wireless private last year wised up (or moved out), so I'm either going to have to pay for internet or go without. Going without would be nice, but good grief, I'm addicted to the internet. I don't think I could go without it for very long. I need to find out what hours the college library is open. This is the first time I've had internet access in way too long. I'm so ridiculous.

Adios for now.

Ah nothing. I was desperate for someone to talk to last night. Like panicky and stuff, & you happened to be the last person to post an entry.
Nevermind.

That's going to be awesome not having roommates! I won't have any next year either in Germany. Everyone there gets a room to themselves. I'm definitely happy about that!

So are you going to host the Russian Club dance parties now that you've got your own place? We should definitely have one when I visit in September.

Also, you should definitely answer the question from my last entry that was definitely directed toward you.

The library hours for this week are Mon-Thurs 7:30am -8pm. Fri 7:30-5pm. Sat and Sun 1pm-5. Although I just realized that you have to be online to read this so you might be at the library already.....whatever...

huzzah for both of us not having roommates! It'll be amazing. Will you be in a dorm? (I'd imagine you would be.)

I'll totally host Russian Club dance parties at my place - I have enough space for it. When you come visit you'll see why, haha. (You could probably run laps around my living room.) And... I answered your question. :)

Thank you for the library hours! Obviously I'm there (here) right now. I've been lucky and I've been able to connect for 5-10 minutes at a time, once every two hours or so, to an unsecured wireless network around my apartment, but, uh... I like having nonstop internet access, haha. :)

Yeah, I'll be in a dorm. And apparently it's close to the part of the campus I need to go to, so yay! (the buildings and dorms are kind of scattered throughout the town)

I'm totally looking forward to Russian Club in Kansas! and Russian Club at your place! We need to think of Kansas activities. Kara mentioned a Tiger Sanctuary.

Вопрос про войну

Добрый день! Извините за off top.

Missouri is... eeeeeeeeh. Can't wait to escape. One year to go! (And living alone is FANTASTIC. I mean, yeah, I've only been here for three days now, but no douchebag roommates is a dream come true.)

Hahahaha. Yes, I was talking about Fitzgerald. I actually loved The Great Gatsby, but his other novels are--lackluster. To say the least. It was an in-joke with one of my friends (who also has LJ) - she loves FSF and hates Hemingway, whereas I love Hemingway and don't really like FSF. I really haven't changed my interests list in, jeez, 3 years now... with some exceptions.
