I promised to play Russian heavy metal music to a group of 7th graders tomorrow. If they ask what the lyrics are, I'm going to say something about clouds and sunshine and fluffy, adorable kitty cats and snuffly little puppy dogs. Aww, itsy bitsy kitties and puppies and 12 year olds squeeeeee! (If I can pull it off with a straight face, much LOLing will occur.)
Somehow I managed to receive an elusive "good grade" on a paper in a Jumper class. Considering how the paper was 100% BS and written in under four hours, I'm totally not complaining.
I have a Math test tomorrow and I have this sinking feeling that I'm going to fail. I understand the law of sines (aka 1/2 of the test) and I sort of know how to solve that tan(arcsin(x)) thing, so why am I so worried? Ugh. I mean, I'm sorry, but I'm a Russian major. Trust me on this: trigonometry is NOT going to help me in life. I can balance my checkbook and I obsessively squirrel money away for future trips to Estonia and/or the Republic of Georgia, so I should be good to go.
