Здравствуйте!

Сегодня я хочу писать по-русский, потому что я не думал по-русский после я был в моём университете. Каждый день я говорю маленькая сентенция по-русский и я смотрю сайты русского. Я думаю что уже я не помню моё знание русского язык. :(

I think I dragged WAY too much French and/or English grammar into that, and there were a number of words I didn't know and had to figure out how to find my way around, but goddamn it, I didn't forget all of my Russian!

... just most of it.

haha. I copy/paste words/letters from an online dictionary & wikipedia. I got a dictionary before last semester, and I've barely had to use it. Yay russkiy yazyk!

On a completely different subject, they posted the Fall 2007 schedule of classes & Shapiro is offering Linguistics & Literary Criticism. Have you taken it before? Do you know what sort of things it covers? (It fulfills tons of requirements for the English & Linguistics minors, so I'm kinda tempted... of course, I've got plenty of time to decide, so yeah :P)

I haven't taken Ling & Lit Crit--all I really know about it is that she has a hell of a time filling a section every semester. But Shapiro is an excellent teacher--makes you work your ass off, but excellent. Kinda like Faith in a way. :-)

Personally, if you're really curious, I'd just drop by her office and ask her. She'd probably be glad be talk about it--like I said, she usually has trouble filling a section, so she'll give you the full sales pitch.
