My new nickname is "God" (and I'm not kidding!) and I TOTALLY dominated both elimination rounds in frisbee last night. Why I managed to win them and still suck at catching/throwing in the non-elimination games will forever be a mystery. I think it's retribution for how much I sucked at bowling, although it's probably due to the bottle game Amanda and I played back in April and May. (Long story short: 1 small dorm room, 2 people, 9 empty water bottles.)
I've lost 4.5 pounds over the last two days and I'm back to the lovely 180s. Of course, I've been exercising steadily since Monday, so it's to be expected. I'll probably stay steady at around 187 for the next couple of days and then lose another 2 or 3 pounds. That's how my body tends to function. (Yesterday's exercise: bicep curls, tricep extensions, oblique/abdominal weighted bends, forearm tightening, dealing with the lawn fence, bowling, running around playing frisbee.) End of summer goal: 32 jeans, medium shirts. How realistic this goal is: it's within the realm of possibilities.
Apparently I bruised the pad of my right thumb last night. That's probably not good.
In other news: fuck, I love The Wrens.
