Mood: fine

Classes have been fairly overwhelming, and I think there are a variety of reasons for that.
1. There's a lot more, and a lot more difficult, vocabulary than in my previous courses.
2. I'm still trying to get used to having afternoon classes, so I don't know when to study (evening? Morning? Both? Neither?).
3. The teacher is assigning roughly 5x more homework than we had in previous classes (seriously).
3. Writing with my left hand is incredibly time-consuming, so everything I do takes twice as long as it used to.

That being said, I wouldn't call level 5 difficult. It's just a lot of work.

I went to the doctor last week and he told me that I have to take my cast (splint) off at home and stretch my arm, since it has basically frozen into place in the last month. My wrist and shoulder are pretty much back to normal, but my elbow - while having improved a bit in the last week - is still very stiff and I can't make it go straight. Next Monday I won't use the cast anymore, just the sling, so I need to get back to normal ASAP.

Last weekend was my birthday. Friday night - after an incredibly long day (8 hours in class!) - I met up with Javi, Lisi, and Cristina and we ate dinner and saw Cinderella. Saturday a bunch of people got together and we ate (very underwhelming) Chinese food, followed by noraebang and cake. Sunday was the real day, and I met up with Javi in the morning, and me, Dulce, and Kay got unlimited refill samgyupsal for dinner. Pretty good weekend overall.
