While I was doing the presentation on airplanes, the Korean teacher kept rearranging the sound system, and the computer, and the microphone, and the podium. It was interfering with my ability to present.
After I finished up and the kids were putting together their model airplanes, Pearl calls me aside. Pearl is an 11 year old with a big personality. "Teacher Adam, you don't like Teacher [--]," she whispered.
"Why do you say that?" I asked her as I glued a wing onto her plane.
"Because you rolled your eyes when he was messing around with the computer," she said.
I coughed. "Yes, I did."
"Why did you do that?"
I didn't know what to say, so I said the truth. "Because I'm a very bad person," I said, and I quickly fled to help another student.
