Travel writing and the weekend! Almost...

Mood: thoughtful

A thought: being a travel writer would probably be my ideal job. I've been reading a lot of autobiographical travel articles recently but none of my experiences have been like that. At least, not that I'm aware of. I might need to start doing more hardcore traveling/trekking to get the experiences I want. Or I should just write and see if my traveling was more entertaining than I thought it was.

I am 7 classes/1.5 days away from a four day weekend. I intend on spending a good portion of this weekend drunk. Of course, I say this now, but in reality I'll get drunk for about 2 hours, sober up, realize that I'm bored, and go home. This is generally how my life goes. I might also go to Jeonju with Minkyu, but I don't know when or for how long. We'll see...

It is a very interesting website! Thank you for sharing!
I think, a writer should read a lot and need to write a lot too. It would be great if you start writing about traveling! :)

Yes, that is my dream! I think it's hard to be a writer without having experienced a lot - to talk about the world, you need to see it. :)

My friend Lara wants to be a travel writer. She's a bartender right now.

She's not focused enough to do most things and has an addictive personality, making it hard for her to save money.

But she is brilliant enough to do it if she wants.

You could do it in a snap.

You're so sweet.

I think that the only thing between accomplishing your dreams is not money, but time. How long until you can do it? How long until you can focus on doing something long enough to get to it? I don't have the option right now this second to go traveling, but soon enough I will... time matters.
